New MI Car Crash Web Site.
I have created a new web site, the Michigan Car Accident Resource Center.  Our goal is to “provide timely and useful information to victims and families of victims of car crashes, truck crashes, motorcycle crashes and crashes involving any motorized vehicle, including boats.”

In the Michigan Car Accident Resource Center, www.mycrash.org, you will find information and articles with useful tips and information for obtaining insurance to protect you and your loved ones in the event of any crash, making claims for injuries and damages from crashes, finding and paying for medical treatment, protecting yourself from unscrupulous claims adjusters and ambulance chasing lawyers, negotiating your claims, deciding when it is time to take your claim to court and how to find just the right lawyer for you to help you bring your claims to court including what you should pay your lawyer.

Michigan has the finest most protective Automobile No Fault Insurance System in the world. “It really does provide tangible and needed financial protection for victims of crashes.” Said Dailey. The range of financial tools provided by the Michigan No Fault Automobile Insurance System includes: Coverage for car repairs, mini tort compensation to cover deductibles and other out of pocket expenses, wage loss reimbursement for the first 3 years following the collision (senior drivers and Michigan retirees can opt out of the wage loss coverage and save money on their No Fault Insurance plans), coverage for chore services when your injuries prevent you from taking care of your chores at home, mileage reimbursement for travel to and from medical appointments and visits, lifetime medical benefits to cover the injuries you sustain in any crash, compensation for your time, trouble, inconvenience, pain and suffering. Michigan’s No Fault Automobile Insurance System also provides for compensation for virtually every loss and damage that you or your family members and loved ones could sustain in Michigan Automobile Crash.

Michigan Insurance Companies are taking steps every day to reduce and eliminate your coverage under the Michigan No Fault Law with deceptive claims about the cost of the insurance. Don’t believe them or buy what these crooked Insurance Companies are selling. Keep in mind that Michigan Insurance Companies are in business to make money and profit and whenever an Insurance Company is claiming that they want to save you money they really mean they want to make more profit.

If you have questions about any crash that you or a loved one has been involved in call me, Michigan Personal Injury Attorney and Michigan Crash Attorney, Brian Dailey at 866 665 2993 or email your questions using the contact form on one of the many pages of the Michigan Car Accident Resource Center, www.mycrash.org. I’ll get back to you promptly with timely and sound advice at no charge.

Regards

Supreme Court Election: Lawyers Choose Davis, Langford Morris
Poll Shows Those Who Know Court Best Believe Davis and Langford Morris are Best for the Job

LANSING – Michigan lawyers have chosen Justice Alton Thomas Davis and Judge Denise Langford Morris for the Michigan Supreme Court, according to an online poll taken by Michigan Lawyers Weekly (September 13, 2010).

Justice Davis led the field with 55% of the vote, followed by Langford Morris with 53%, Mary Beth Kelly and Bob Young finished in last place with 40%.

“Lawyers are the ones who know the Supreme Court the best and who know all of these judges and justices very well,” Michigan Democratic Party Chair Mark Brewer said. “This poll is very telling. It’s obvious that Justice Davis and Judge Denise Langford Morris are the most qualified to serve on the Michigan Supreme Court.”

This isn’t the first time Bob Young has finished last in a poll of lawyers. Two years ago, he was voted, “The Worst Justice” on the Michigan Supreme Court by a Michigan Lawyers Weekly survey.

“Voters and lawyers alike are tired of Bob Young and his disastrous rulings,” Brewer continued. “Even lawyers who agreed with Young’s decisions found him to be a poor justice in the survey. Young is too busy protecting polluters, sex offenders, drunk drivers, and insurance companies to rule fairly on the bench. We don’t need a justice with an agenda. We need fair and impartial justices on the Supreme Court like Justice Davis and Judge Denise Langford Morris.”

Protection against injury and financial loss from an auto accident injury

Have you ever had an auto insurance agent explain to you specifically why he recommended the kind of insurance coverage that you have been paying so much money for in your policy? Are you sure that you have the coverage that you need to protect yourself from harm and financial loss due to a Michigan Automobile Crash?
Since the 1970s Michigan has had a no fault automobile insurance law. The principle element of the Michigan No Fault Automobile Insurance Law requires drivers and owners of motor vehicles to purchase insurance to cover themselves and their relatives and spouse who reside with them for allowable expenses like medical and prescription costs, household chore replacement services and wage losses in case of a Michigan injury auto accident. While it may be a bit more expensive than automobile insurance in other states, the coverage required by the Michigan No Fault Automobile Insurance Act is perhaps the least expensive health coverage that you can buy. This is because once a person is injured in a Michigan injury auto accident the insurance company has to cover the expense of that injury for the rest of the life of the of the injured person, even if the injured person cancels the insurance policy the day after the Michigan injury automobile crash. No doubt, this is great protection against having to shell out hundreds and thousands of dollars for your care, recovery and rehabilitation in case you are injured in a Michigan injury automobile accident and need to hire a Michigan Injury Attorney or Michigan injury auto crash lawyer to sue your insurance company to continue paying the expenses for your care, recovery and rehabilitation.
What your Michigan insurance agent probably did not tell you is that you can further protect yourself from injury and financial loss if you make sure to buy an adequate amount of Michigan Uninsured Motorist Coverage and Michigan Underinsured Motorist Coverage. Michigan Uninsured Motorist coverage provides compensation to you against your own insurance company in the event you are injured in a Michigan injury auto crash and the other driver who caused that crash does not have insurance. Michigan Underinsured Motorist Coverage provides compensation for you and your loved ones injured in a Michigan injury automobile accident when the other driver who caused the crash does not have an adequate amount of Michigan No Fault Automobile Liability Coverage to compensate you for a severe, permanent or catastrophic auto crash injury.
Most insurance agents do not encourage their customers to buy uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. Michigan does not require us to buy uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage and most agents either do not encourage us to buy underinsured and uninsured motorist coverage or they tell us to buy an inadequate amount.
Michigan Injury Lawyer Brian Dailey advises all to buy uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist coverage in an amount no less than $300,000.00 single limit. To do this you will have to buy the same value of insurance for liability that will defend you if you are accused of causing a Michigan Injury Auto Accident.

Brian Dailey Nets $75,000.00 savings for client in short sales of two Michigan homes

Brian Dailey worked diligently for his clients seeking short sale of two homes and was able to accomplish short sale for them with Bank waivers of deficiency netting the clients more than $75,000.00 in savings. In seeking a short sale of a home the Bank is generally concerned about two issues.

The first and most important issue is  whether the sale price proposed is the equivalent of the market value. To confirm that the proposed sale price is current market value the Bank will normally obtain an independent valuation from a qualified realtor. After the Bank confirms that the sale price is market value the Bank will usually grant the short sale so long as there is a good reason to do so. Many times the good reason for a short sale also known as a hardship letter is more about how it is written than the actual reason.

The second issue in the short sale process is whether the seller is able to pay the deficiency. To obtain a waiver of deficiency the seller must provide the bank with a detailed financial statement along with income and expense analysis.

Hiring a short sale lawyer or a short sale attorney to assist is essential to the success of the short sale.
