Welcome to my Blog. My name is Brian Dailey and I am the founder of the Dailey Law Firm and host of The Law Show on Newstalk 760 WJR in Detroit Michigan every Sunday at 11:00am and on 890 AM WLS every Saturday at 10:00am in Chicago, Illinois.

Our American Legal System was designed to serve the people of America. Our founding fathers utilized tools for the protection of the American people such as the separate but equal branches of government among which is the Judiciary, the first amendment freedom of religion, speech and the right to peaceably assemble, the second amendment right to bear arms, the fourth amendment against unreasonable search and seizure, the fifth amendment protection against self incrimination, the sixth amendment right to assistance of counsel. Too often our system is distorted for the benefit of the few special interests such as insurance companies, health care providers and big business at the expense of the people of our country by adoption of laws such as limitations of the right to trial by jury, immunity from litigation granted to certain industries such as in Michigan with the complete immunity granted to drug manufacturers for defective and dangerously life threatening medications and by the manipulation of the highest state courts by allowing corporations and insurance companies politicize the courts by injecting millions of dollars into the judicial elections for the purpose of electing judges who care little about the law and a lot about getting reelected with help of their corporate and insurance constituencies.

On this blog I will share with you items about the firm, my weekly broadcast, my thoughts about legal matters making headlines and my thoughts on legal matters I think should make the headlines. The mission is to encourage broad participation in the maintenance of our American Legal System by providing information as to any attempt to distort it. I encourage your participation with me in protecting our American Legal System and the restoration of it according to the original intent of the founding fathers.
